Sometimes we have a bad day. Sometimes we believe that every day is a bad day. But maybe we’re focusing too heavily on the negatives and we should hold onto the brighter aspects. Sometimes we become so engulfed in the negatives that we cannot see the brighter aspects. But there is something good in every day, you just have to learn to see it. It might be small, it might be hidden, it might seem insignificant, but it is there. Just stop for a second longer, take a second look, breathe and contemplate what you’ve seen, what you’ve heard, what you’ve felt. Underneath all that negativity that we create for ourselves is the beauty that we either take for granted or we easily miss. Stop, look, breathe, and contemplate. Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day.
