“I wonder how many people I’ve looked at all my life and never seen” – John Steinbeck
We judge people. We watch people. We build relationships with people. We interact with people. We create illusions and sometimes realities about people. But can we see things from that person’s point of view? Can we understand a person’s actions or understand a person’s thoughts, even if they completely contrast to our own? Do we notice when someone is pretending that they’re ok? Do we always see the person? Do we know them? Or is it just something we pretend ourselves?
