Drama makes for an intriguing genre in television, novels and plays, but I have never been quite able to fathom people who thrive in drama. They create it to find attention, feed it to find pleasure and live in it to feel superior in the misery and misfortune of others, by gossiping, embellishing and twisting. Their air is scented with insecurity, weakness and envy. But as with all scenes of drama, two sides will always spring, one honourable, the other immoral, one innocent, the other hostile, and one courageous, the other cowardly. Let’s not allow those claws to rip into our regard and respect for ourselves or into our outlook on life. Let’s not allow that air to seep into us, for we are loving, kind and bright. Negative people need drama like oxygen. Stay positive, it will take their breath away.
