None of us have it all figured out. And we never will. But that shouldn’t stop us from putting ourselves out there, pursuing our dreams, trying things out, getting into a muddle, finding our feet again, or choosing another path. We don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward. And whatever we do, wherever we go, whoever we meet, it’s going to be all the better because we did it our way.

Don’t be so hard on yourself. You’re doing the best you can. It’s easy to hold onto our mistakes. But that’s the past. Learn to let go and move forward. Learn to look ahead. Learn to forgive yourself. None of us need to be superhuman to have a super life.

What goes around comes around. What we put out into the world, we receive in return. If we open our arms to the world, the world will come to us. If we approach life with positivity, good things will happen. If we treat others with kindness and respect, it makes its way back to us too. The simplest of things go a long way.
It can be overwhelming when all the ties holding our lives together start unravelling at once. Sometimes life throws so many curveballs we don’t even have time to recover before we’re knocked down again. But don’t give up. Don’t give up on life and don’t give up on yourself. You can handle this. You can get through this. You can’t always control what happens to you, but you can control what you do about it. You can do this. When you think the final nail is in, think again, you’ll be surprised, you will still rise.
Time is both a friend and a foe, a luxury and a curse. It has a way of healing us and stealing from us. It gives us the opportunity to reflect, move on and grow. But it’s always ticking away. It becomes easy to regret; there’s no way of escaping time, no way of being able to do everything. All we can do is our best, do what we love and love what we do. Seems simple, but many of us make it complicated. We shouldn’t be afraid to mess up or change our minds. We shouldn’t keep wondering about the what ifs and should have beens. We shouldn’t be listening to what others think we should do or tell us to do. Time is a valuable currency, and we all have some. Use it in the way you want to. Make time your friend.
If it ever feels like too much, take a breath. Take a moment for yourself. Nothing is worth burning out, or working yourself into the ground, or living in a constant state of anxiety. Being overworked isn’t an accomplishment. Taking care of ourselves is too underrated. But it’s also imperative. Find the right balance. We don’t need to be superhuman to have superpowers.
Truth is, no matter what we do, say, think, believe, we cannot please everyone. There will always be someone who won’t like it and won’t be afraid to tell you so. We cannot meet everyone’s expectations. So why don’t we just focus on pleasing the one person who will have to live with you: yourself. You have to live with your actions, your choices, your perspective, so why are we trying so hard to please others when we can so easily please ourselves. Do what makes you happy, what makes you grow, what makes you live. Set your own standards, create your own rules and live your own life. It’s your life, not theirs.
